The collection of personal data while browsing the website or application of the Serbian Association of International Road Hauliers – MT (hereinafter: the Association) is anonymous and no data is collected that would enable your personal identification.
We will especially emphasize when we need your personal data to provide the service you have requested. The Association automatically collects data about your device. This data may include your browser type, IP address, domain name, access time, web page addresses, basic application data, application ID data, application settings, foreground entry/exit time, and application state records (eg. download, install, update, delete). The association uses this data in order to offer its services, maintain and improve their quality and collect statistical data related to the use of its website and application.
The Association, as a Data Processor in the sense of the Personal Data Protection Act (“Official Gazette of RS” No. 87/2018), processes the collected data with the same purpose for which it was given, i.e. analysis of website and application visits. Also, the Association can use the collected data in order to improve customer service, enable easier use of the website and application, as well as with the aim of adapting the website and application to the needs and interests of users.
The association does not sell, rent or lend the personal data of users of its website or application to third parties and protects them from unauthorized access.
In accordance with the Law, you have the right to access your data as well as the right to request correction, update, copy, deletion of data, restriction of processing, right to transfer data to another controller, right to object to processing and right to submit a complaint to the Commissioner.
In accordance with the above, we inform you that Serbian Association of International Road Hauliers – MT, VAT: 101030892, ID: 17333674, according to the business activity it performs, is the processor of personal data processing.
As a Data Processor, the Association is responsible for the protection of such data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (“Official Gazette of RS”, No. 87/2018), which has been in force since August 21, 2019.
